TLDR: AWS outage is affecting platform functionality

UPDATE [19:32 UTC]: We've made progress in restoring part of affected services. Some services are still down due to AWS RDS outage in US East Region, we will provide another update once everything is resolved.

UPDATE [19:50 UTC]: All services are restored back to normal. We are exploring ways to prevent such incidents in the future. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Due to a service outage with AWS (our cloud services provider), normal functionality of Quadency platform and related services is affected. Users will be unable to log in and make use of the platform and its features at this time until the issue is resolved.

We are monitoring updates from AWS and will keep everyone updated here as we have more information.
