After completing recent maintenance work in preparation for a larger bot trading upgrade now in progress, all other services have resumed normal operations.

If your existing exchange API connection is not displaying accurately, or you're getting any errors when placing a trade, please note:

  • the most likely cause is old/expired API keys, so enter fresh keys to resolve any issues

  • Binance IP whitelisting has been updated so follow this simple guide to re-connect
