Once you connect your accounts with Quadency, everything including your balances, orders (open and closed), and transactions are synchronized. Our systems constantly monitor for changes in your exchange account and updates all information in real time while you are using the platform.

If you are offline for a period of time, there may be instances where your information may not be up-to-date immediately. Usually, this will automatically be resolved in a matter of a few minutes as our system re-synchronizes everything.

However, in rare circumstances delays from exchange API data may cause a slight delay in the synchronization of your accounts.

If that occurs, you have the option to manually sync all your connected accounts at once with these 2 quick steps:

Step 1: Click on "My Accounts" in the dropdown menu in the top right corner of your screen.

Step 2: Click on the "SYNC ALL ACCOUNTS" button. You will be asked to confirm your request, and once all your accounts have been synchronized, a notification will appear on your screen.
