What is the exact start and end?
Promotion formally begins at 10:00 UTC on June 29th 2020 and conclude at 24:00 UTC on July 13th 2020.

Is there a deadline to claim the offer?
You must create your new account before the promotion ends on July 13th. Bonus payouts are limited to the first 100 participants, so the sooner you open your account and start trading, the higher your chances.

Are there restrictions on what trading volume counts towards my bonus?
Bonus rewards are based only on your filled/executed trading volume from Quadency on your connected OKEx account during the promotion period above.

Do bot trades qualify for the contest?
Yes! Both manual trading as well as orders made via automated strategies apply to your total. Bots like the Grid Trader and Market Maker (included in your free Pro account!) you may find especially useful.

Any additional Requirements to claim a bonus?
Along with the minimum of $100 in executed trades, you must proceed with KYC1 of your new OKEx account during the promotion period to claim your bonus payment.

When will the bonus rewards be distributed?
Connecting your new OKEx account to Quadency via API will automatically activate your free Pro plan. OKEx will deposit qualifying bonus rewards directly to your account by July 21st.

What if I already have an active Quadency Pro subscription?
If you have a paid or partner-sponsored Pro account, your subscription will be extended 3 months as part of this promotion.
