Overview

Reset 2FA is easy, but make sure you enable it again to provide that extra layer of security.

Details

If you lost access to your 2FA, you will need to submit a request to our team to reset it.

  1. Go to "Login"

  2. When prompted to enter your 2FA, click on "Lost your Google Authenticator Access?"

  3. Confirm by clicking on "Submit a 2FA reset request".

  4. You will receive an email to confirm your ownership of the Quadency account.

  5. The team will evaluate the request and process it within 2-5 business days.

As a general reminder, you should always save your 16-digit backup key for Google Authenticator when first setting it up on your phone. If you ever lose access to your 2FA device, you can use this recovery key to quickly restore your Google Authenticator App, without requesting a manual reset of your account 2FA.
