Quadency is looking for a designer to manage all day-to-day graphic design needs related to platform marketing and promotion.
About the position
Part-time to start, with transition to full-time possible pending performance
Approximately 15-20 hours/week, with flexible hours
Remote with competitive hourly contract rate
About you
5+ years graphic design experience
Expertise in platforms like Photoshop & Illustrator, and well versed in following brand/style guides
Interested in crypto, with a basic understanding of the industry's marketing & promotion challenges
Responsibilities
Leverage established brand & style guidelines to market the Quadency platform via design work including but not limited to:
social media promotion
visuals for blog posts
email & other content templates
banner ads / sponsorship graphics
'how to' / explainer graphics
infographics / data visualization
B2B promotional material
Ensure that all public-facing visual content follows the latest brand guidelines
Work with our internal team to find opportunities for improvement within existing content design, as well as new website pages currently being planned
Working under the supervision of the Marketing and Operations Manager
Requirements
Direct design experience in the FinTech sector (traditional or blockchain)
In-depth understanding of design best practices for desktop vs. mobile
Strong written English communication and fluent spoken English
Able to monitor your own work to ensure quality, while complying with security/privacy protocols and deadlines
Basic understanding of the crypto trading landscape, and desire to learn more
Nice to have
Graphic design experience within the crypto industry
Experience working with cross-functional teams and time zones
Ability to support or manage additional content needs (i.e. animated gifs, videos)
Full-time opportunity
While this is a part time position, exceptional performers will be given the opportunity to join our team on a full-time basis starting November 2021.
