REMINDER: You do not need to KYC to continue trading on the Quadency terminal, however it is required for:

  1. participating in the QUAD Token sale, and for claiming any airdrops

  2. trading on the upcoming Quadency exchange

There are multiple KYC levels used to verify your identity on Quadency. Each KYC level requires specific data to be entered manually:

  • KYC Level 0 (automatic upon signing up for Quadency)

    • Quadency account

    • Email Address

  • KYC Level 1

    • Full Name

    • Date of Birth

    • Address

    • Phone Number

  • KYC Level 2

    • Proof of Identity (ID card & other official identity documents)

      • Once you've provided your ID, you're all set to participate in the sale!

    • Final Digital Verification (selfie/face-scan)

      • IMPORTANT NOTE - If you have already completed this step, then you are ready to get your QUAD upon token launch! If you have not - or if it wasn't unavailable/working when you completed KYC - you will need to complete this step, so keep an eye out for a notification from our team by Dec 31st 2021 with a link to submit!

How to complete KYC - Step-by-step

KYC Level 1

  1. Log in to your account, click on your personal account, and then click "verification",

  2. Click "Verify" at the top right.

  3. Fill in the relevant information and click "Request SMS Code".

  4. Fill in the SMS code received and click "Submit Information"

KYC Level 2

  1. Click on "Proceed to Level 2" at the bottom of the page

  2. Select the method you submit photos. Currently, three methods are supported, online photo captured by computer camera (option one "Take photo"), upload file on from your computer(option two "upload file"), and online captured by phone camera (Option three "Prefer to use your phone?").

  3. After the photo has been submitted, just wait patiently for the review. Usually, the review will be completed within 24 hours.


If you select option two "Upload files", please upload the corresponding photos according to the prompts on the page.


If you choose option 3 "Prefer to use your phone?", please scan the QR code, and then take photos or upload files from your phone according to the prompts on the phone.
