Latest Updates - April 2023

  • You can now automate the trades of your Quadency account using QUADX-supported bots. Selecting your Quadency account as your bot's exchange will allow you to have zero bot fee in your bot-trading experience.

  • You can now deposit and withdraw more assets to your QUADX account. Please refer to this article for the list of assets you can deposit or withdraw.

Overview

Fees can be paid in USDC, USDT, or QUAD (only available in selected regions - click here, see here for the full list). Always make sure to have sufficient balance and meet the minimum balance required.

Details

There are two ways to set the asset that will be used as your bot fees.

  • From the gear icon

  1. Click the gear on the left of your name, in the top right corner

  2. Click the dropdown menu, and select the desired currency

  • From user preferences

  1. Log in to your Quadency account

  2. Click on user preferences, in the top right corner.

  3. In the user preferences screen, under email preferences, you will see the section called fees. Click the drop-down menu and select the desired currency.

That's it, your preferences have been saved, and your bot fees will be debited from your selected currency.
