Sometimes the chart drawing tools may be hide on the left side of the screen.

If you are not seeing the toolbar to the left of the chart panel in the trading interface, it's possible that it's hidden due to the chart panel being too small. Try resizing the chart panel to make it larger and it should appear automatically. Remember to save the layout once you have it in an ideal configuration.
