Once you connect your accounts with Quadency, everything including your balances, orders (open and closed), and transactions are synchronized. Our systems constantly monitor for changes in your exchange account and update all information in real time while you are using the platform.

If you are offline for a period of time, there may be instances where your information may not be up-to-date immediately. Usually this will automatically be resolved in a matter of a few minutes as our system re-synchronizes everything.

In summary, you do not need to manually sync anything, everything is automatic and should work as expected. If your account remains out of sync for a long time, please contact support so that we can look into it.
