Account information such as balances, orders (open and closed), and transactions are synchronized with your connected services such as exchanges, and wallet providers in real-time.
If you are offline for a period of time, there may be instances where your information may not be up-to-date immediately. Usually, this will automatically be resolved in a matter of a few minutes as our system re-synchronizes everything.
However, in rare circumstances delays from exchange API data may cause a slight delay in the synchronization of your accounts. If that occurs, you have the option to manually sync all your connected accounts at once with these 2 quick steps:
Step 1: Click on "My Accounts" in the dropdown menu in the top right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Click on the "SYNC ALL ACCOUNTS" button. You will be asked to confirm your request, and once all your accounts have been synchronized, a notification will appear on your screen.
